CCO Discovery: An Exciting Tool for the New Evangelization

discoveryThe Canadian based Catholic Christian Outreach is a university student movement dedicated to evangelization in the fullness of the Catholic faith with a strong emphasis on becoming leaders in the renewal of the world.  They have created an initial Bible study resource which helps lead students to accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, and to have a personal relationship with Him. Their campus missionaries are committed to discipleship, and to leading students to grow in holiness and to engage in mission.

The Discovery study has six lessons which aim to bring someone to personal knowledge of Jesus and to help them to enter into relationship with Him and to begin to grow in that relationship.  Their Leading Discovery site claims that there are currently 760 Faith Study Leaders and 3408 Participants involved in these studies.

Lesson 1 – God’s Love
